I was really impressed overall, Lillian knows her stuff and is super confident about all things fitness. Just a heads up about the website, it used to be sorted by make and model, which made it way easier to locate the right gear. Now, it took me quite a while to track it down.

"Shipping fees way higher than my order."
Even though I bought something that weighed under a pound (foam handle covers) and it was exactly what I wanted, I was pretty disappointed with the shipping charges. They sent it in a USPS box, which costs $11.00 at the post office, but I ended up paying $21.00 for shipping.
